Dear Jack, thank you very much on rating us. I am glad that you are satisfied with service that we provided. I am sorry that you had a problem with air conditioning. Actually , we do have centralized air conditioning but due to the period of time of the year when you visited us the system was still running on heating and not cooling settings. Also, if that was not the case, since this is a smart building, once the windows are opened the air conditioning automatically stops running. Kind Regards
