Overall, you really do only pay for the view. Hotel rooms are quite outdated with very minimal in room amenities. Staff are very friendly and the food at the restaurant was beautiful however that’s where it ends. Wifi is very average and hardly works/reaches the terrace rooms. Our room was FULL of mould all over the walls in the bedroom and bathroom which is not a great sight. Ceiling fan has 2 speeds - barely on or absolutely blasting and was very squeaky so could hear it all night. Walls are thin and could hear the people in the room next to us having a conversation/coughing all night. Parking is minimal also and is “best dressed first served” and if no parks available, there is no street parking. Overall, it was an okay stay but not worth the price paid ($330AUD per night).

Breathtaking views. From the moment of our arrival the staff were so friendly and we were staying there for the impending occasion of our daughters wedding hence they did not hesitate to provide us with a complimentary bottle of bubbles to share on the terrace. We went into Ballagio village for dinner and we were provided with a shuttle service there and upon our return. Our driver Joy was amazing . Loved her. Our room was spacious and everything we could have wanted to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and included in our rate. Could not fault this wonderful Hotel.

I have stayed at more than 10 locations in Italy over the years and this was by far the best. Not only was the location perfect, but the staff were kind, my room was incredibly relaxing and comfortable, the views are worth booking on their own, their breakfast buffet was also very enjoyable.

I’m not sure why this hotel has so many good reviews. We stayed in the superior suite. The room was dirty, outdated, and had little amenities. The food was bland, small portions, and I believe was frozen and reheated. They used the same stale bread for breakfast that they served us at dinner. Extremely overpriced for what you receive. I recommend looking elsewhere.

The ambience is absolutely fantastic, everything I thought a Bellagio hotel would be. The staff spoke excellent English which was very helpful! The restaurant was great especially with the welcoming champagne. Could not have chosen a better place! It was quiet hotel so we did not have to worry about people keeping us up at night. We were able to keep our windows open with fresh air. The AC did not work, it blew hot air but luckily the weather was fabulous. The ceiling fan was tricky too by pressing the button gently. Overall those things did not stop us from loving it, the only thing that could have improved is if we had more time to stay another night. The balcony views you will fall in love!

Absolutely wonderful. I was only in for a night but would love to return with my girlfriend. Great food at the restaurant, good service from the staff, ample parking, and a nice room. However, you real reason to come is for the view. Magnificent
