Dated property. No elevator. Part of the computer system was down at check in and I had to return to front desk. I had to inquire about needing my license plate number for parking. Parking lot is dark. Exit to parking lot has large pot hole. Corridors and adjacent room are very loud. One can hear all of the doors slamming. Poor/absent sound proofing.

Upon my arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and felt very relieved. I was checked in in a timely manner. I appreciated that my request for a room on the ground floor was accepted. First off this property should advertise it. They don’t have an elevator and that if you want to stay on the first floor is going to cost you more. They’re on the second floor with no elevator that annoyed me.

This is our second stay at this property and we love it because it’s so convenient just off the highway but they’re super accessible to shopping and restaurants and just everything right nearby in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s just a wonderful stay we will be back again.
