The pictures and descriptions provided were misleading compared to what we experienced. The room was not properly cleaned, with stained bed sheets, hair, and dirt present. Towels were missing, and the balcony was extremely dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. The furniture and amenities were old and broken. Given these conditions, it was not worth the price we paid.

Dirty, old, not well-kept. Cold, no proper pillows or blankets. Will not be returning. Old and dirty furniture. No sound-proofing - guy next door was snoring all night and it sounded like he was in bed with us. Springy, uncomfortable mattress.

We booked this hotel under the impression it had an outdoor pool, only to receive a message that it was closed for maintenance. Upon arrival it had been clear it was actually closed for years, doesn't look like they plan to reopen it either. The indoor pool has many spiders hanging from the ceiling. Our room had cobwebs on the ceiling & a leak in the closet. The beds were okay, we had a room with a balcony with a view of the bay... but seemed like the main focal point was the closed pool from our view. We got locked out of our room in the middle of our stay, not sure why. When we checked in we didn't have the proper bedding for our pull out bed / couch. Breakfast items / coffee was okay, the area to eat in had no air conditioning so was uncomfortable in that sense.

Property was nice and surrounding area. Easy access to town. Room could have been better. Couldn’t turn heat on. They had to bring in space heater. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. Sliding door to balcony was very hard to open and close. No cups in bathroom. Just two coffee cups. Could hear the guests in the next room through the adjoining room doors.

We booked 2 nights and we didn’t even end up spending 1 night. The room they assigned us clearly had not been used in some time. The room was infested with spiders. There were massive webs above the bed and in the corners. There were tons of dead bugs trapped in the webs, and in the lamp stands. They attempted to switch us to another room, which also had dead bugs and spiders. We ended leaving and stayed at the Hampton. We were told we would get our money back and we never did. The place was too unsanitary so I parted with hundred of dollars for peace of mind

Convenient, comfortable, but not worth the price.
Well... it's clear that they are just doing the basics. Rust showing up in many places - hinges, bathroom shelf, etc. Clean enough, but a mop would help and the hall carpet could use a cleaning. We were charged extra for a third person in the room - but they weren't set up for three. I had to get extra cups, coffee, towels, etc. Called down for a couple of blankets. After close to two hours, I called down and cancelled. Asked for a 'do not disturb' sign, which they said they'd put on our door. Never happened. Very pleasant guys on the front desk, but I guess they are short-staffed elsewhere.
