Someone started opening and closing doors starting around 4:30 am and it just never stopped. Not sure if it was staff or guests but it was hours of it non stop and being in The downstairs hallway it was SO LOUD.

Looking for a time travel experience? Come here to experience a genuine 1980s ambiance, where seemingly no updates have been made since it was built. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, tile in the shower was chipped and covered in mildew and mold, the shower curtain was inches higher than the shower curb, so each shower resulted in water spraying into the rest of the bathroom. Everything just felt unclean. We booked this place because it advertised an EV charger as an amenity, but they charge $20/hour for charging--no thanks. Thankfully our stay was limited to two nights and we never have to stay here again. This place was truly disgusting.

Overall was good, great location & staff were nice. Breakfast options were good. A few small issues with the room I addressed at checkout so hopefully got sorted. One of the reasons i picked this place was because it had a hot tub but it was broken. Hopefully that got fixed too.

I made reservations for a king bed suit and a unit that was on the bottom floor because im disabled and there was no elevators. When I arrived after my 10 hour travel from another country, I was told that they didn’t have the room I paid for. And wouldn’t give me a refund. And hotels. Come wouldn’t refund me. I was forced to be humiliated , by crawling up 3 stories of stairs , with my cane and injured myself and cried for hours feeling stuck and with no options. I have booked over 70 nights.. and I will never book again after this experience. I Was out right disrespected and no one would help me. And no compensation for this . The hotel didn’t have hot water, the shower curtain was broken, the pillows had make up from previous guest. I’m not a Karen. I never complain.. and most things can be let go. But forcing me up stairs when I’m disabled and no other options and no refund so I could go stay some where else is awful and not humane.
