Sadly our stay was too brief to enjoy all of the fun things that were available. I would have given the place a perfect rating, except that I have allergies and the aroma therapy was a bit too much for me.

El lugar hace honor al nombre: «El Bálsamo». Un lugar luminoso, apacible y decorado con gusto exquisito. La atención de Lucía hizo de mi estancia un refugio para el descanso. Amable y solicita, además de excelente masajista. La piscina-cueva, con su concepto de privacidad, aporta excelentes tiempos de relajación. El espacio ideal para leer, escribir, conversar y disfrutar en paz.

La estancia no ha sido del todo como esperábamos,cuando llegamos la habitación estaba fría.Tuvimos que pedir que activarán la calefacción en la habitación porque los radiadores estaban helados(nuestra estancia ha sido en noviembre).Cuando nos levantamos de nuevo estaban apagados....por lo que estuvimos toda la noche con el aire caliente puesto con el ruido y luz que eso generaba.Detalles como un solo rollo de papel higiénico para dos adultos y dos niños,la piscina tampoco estaba aclimatada para invierno.En conclusión la relación calidad precio no se ajusta a lo ofrecido.
