Pousada largada, eles alugam um suíte presidencial que parece um motel de beira de estrada. Paredes mofadas, janela do banheiro clara de mais, totalmente largado. Café da manhã muito fraco, tinha uma mini baguete na mesa, que quando fui pegar, estava tão dura, que devia ter mais de 1 semana. Colchão pessimo. Sinceramente já dormi em motel de estrada muito melhor. A área externa até que é simpática. Pagar 530R$ por isso ? Não recomendo

Pior estadia da minha vida!
Tenho inúmeras críticas... Vamos lá, quarto sujo. Teias de aranha enormes em vários cantos do quarto. Sabonete usado na chegada. Frigobar não tinha uma água pra beber. E depois no checkout perguntam se consumiu alguma coisa. Brincadeira! Toalhas cheirando a fumaça. Um rolo de papel higiênico usado. Se quiser mais pede. Quarto que nos colocaram ao lado da cozinha.. apertado e com uma janela que mesmo fechada tinha uma abertura que entrava luz.. isso porque nao havia cortina pra escurecer o ambiente e fomos com uma criança pequena. Café da manhã péssimo. Pães e bolos envelhecidos, secos. Sem variedade. Apenas uma funcionaria cuidando de tudo. Fechadura da porta com problema. Só fazer manutenção básica. Mas quem nos atendeu ao invés de apontar o erro e promover o conserto preferiu nos orientar a como abrir a porta. Só deixar a chave no angulo correto que dá pra abrir a porta. Cama sem lençol. Estávamos em três e apenas duas cobertas. Tem que pedir tudo. Não limpam o quarto se vc ficar mais de uma diária. Piscina suja e gelada. Tinha uma piscina pequena aquecida, porém cheia de cloro. Os próprios funcionários faziam barulho trazendo incomodo. Falta de respeito! 6h da manhã ja falando alto e o nosso quarto na parede ao lado da cozinha. Local adaptado com pouco profissionalismo e compromisso ou preocupação com sua estadia ou acomodação. Não recomendo a ninguém! Pior experiência possivel!

Péssimo local para turistas
O lugar em si é bem bacana, a área de lazer é muito boa e o quarto ok, nada de mais. Porem todos os funcionários são muuuito mal educados (exceto a moça que serviu o café para nós os 3 dias), e a falta de higiene era obvia, pegamos uns 3 talheres sujos, o potinho de açúcar não devia ser limpo a meses. Pedimos um almoço (carne era dura) e mais um suco, tinha apenas a gente solicitando o almoço e demorou 40 min para servir e o suco mais 20 minutos (já até tinha terminado o almoço), total descaso com o hospede!!

Local sossegado, dentro de Belo Horizonte, café da manhã bom, estrutura boa, atendimento bom. Nada a reclamar da pousada. Muitas pessoas que reclamaram do local com certeza foram com uma espectativa maior gerando frustração pós hospedagem.
