Ground floor: living room/lounge (fireplace, telephone), kitchen, shower room, toilet, storage room, Upstairs: bathroom/toilet, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed in each). Wifi. Enclosed landscaped grounds of 250 m² (garden furniture, barbecue), ping-pong table, bowling green. Boat available, fishing on site. Bicycles for hire. Optional:
End-of-stay cleaning: €65/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €12/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax; Electric heating: general meter reading (deduction made of 8 kWh per day for current consumption) - The owner provides the wood (recommended price based on €50 to €70 per cubic metre). The first fire is free, then €5 per wheelbarrow: to be paid on site.
