It was very dirty, used towels left for us, rooms were not as shown, extremely thin walls so very noisy, doors were thin as well and loose so easily opened - would not take children, staff were rude and unhelpful, foul smell and when we told the staff they just shrugged and walked out. They don’t care. There is definitely nicer places near by for a little bit extra money but it’s very worth paying it.

It was very loud in my room. I could hear my neighbours staying in other rooms, from each side and from top. I had difficulty sleeping, I could even hear loud neighbours through ear plugs. The room itself was not perfect. There were scratches and one could see that this place needs good maintenance and proper handling. Food choices were limited. What also surprised me was that the hotel tried to charge me money for water though the waiter said it was free of charge! So be careful when you take water during lunch/dinner. Only 1 elevator on the hotel. Sometimes there were longer wait times. Overall is was disappointing experience.

Near the beach, in the city centre. Hotel and the room are clean. Single room is very small especially the bathroom. Breakfast same every day. No vegetarian food in the dinner.

The beach is around the corner, you can see it from the balcony. Very nice and helpful staff. Homemade healthy food at the full board restaurant we had. Nonexpencive next to beautiful Mediterranean Balcony and Old town, shopping and bars.

Friendly staff
Very friendly staff, basic room but very clean. Room needs a hairdryer. Great breakfast, only downside is room walls are very thin it was extremely noisy from about 7.30 in a morning. I was on the first floor at 7.30 in the morning reception got very noisy and i could hear it very clearly, i asked to move rooms and i got put on floor 5, unfortunately i moved next to the lift which i could hear going up and down constantly.

Ideal location
Positioned one block away from the beach and right in the heart of the old town this hotels location is ideal. very friendly and helpful staff and very clean rooms. I would stay here again.
