Holiday home Tower is a 300 years old single villa situated on a working farm. It is perfect for 8 people in 4 bedrooms of which 3 are double bedrooms and 1 is with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms are with showers and a washing machine. There is also a playroom with PlayStation to enjoy a little fun.Inside the fully air-conditioned villa there is a fully-furnished living room with sofas. The kitchen-diner has an elegant dining table with 8 seats and a flat-screen TV while the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a cooker hob and a fridge with a freezer. There is a large garden with a BBQ, seating area and garden furniture. Part of the garden is set up asthe children’s playing area with a swing set, a slide and a tower climber. Guests also have access to a private pool (50 square meters) with a section for kids (0.5m deep). It is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outside shower. A sauna promises a holiday that is deeply relaxing and fulfilling. Guests can step out to explore the surroundings up to 30 km on two quads and three bicycles that are available for use free of cost but must provide for gas. Right at the entrance, there is a well.

Nice one week stay in Smilcic
We had a great stay at Vulla Tower in Smilcic. Danijela is a great host, immediate responses, "problems" are solved immediately. She placed some cheese bacon, water an wine in our fridge for a good start in our holidays. The Quads are cool, the BBQ house is beautiful and sauna, kicker/billard and table tennis are great addidtions.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Zwei Tage waren wir mit den Quads unterwegs, tolle Sache. Ruhige Lage, da kommt zur Entspannung!

Urlaub genossen
Das Haus hat für 8 Personen alles was benötigt wird.
Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und das beste ist, dass man im Haus eine Küche hat und im angrenzenden Poolhaus eine weitere Küche vorhanden ist.
Somit kann man entspannt direkt am Pool seine Zeit verbringen.
Die Wohnetage ist nämlich nicht im Erdgeschoss sondern im 1. OG.
Vermieterin ist super hilfsbereit bei Fragen zu Lokalen/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Ausflügen.
Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden und können immer ausgetauscht werden.
Fahrräder und Quads stehen immer zur Verfügung.
Direkte Umgebung bietet zwei kleine Einkaufsläden, ansonsten wird immer ein Auto benötigt. Zadar ist innerhalb von 20 min zu erreichen.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.
Hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen.
