Hotel Boutique no Vale dos Vinhedos
Hotel boutique muito elegante, com vários cuidados com os hóspedes, sempre com uma iniciativa diferenciada para o bem estar dos clientes. 9 suítes super confortáveis e espaçosas, banheiro ótimo. O único senão é o café da manhã, que não está na mesma linha de excelência das demais comodidades do hotel. Não fizemos as densas refeições no hotel exatamente por isso.

Vou comecar falando do que mais me impactou no Lote 20, as pessoas. Desde a reserva, a recepcao, ate todo cuidado durante a estadia, as pessoas fizeram a diferenca. Me encantei com a Iasmim no check in me explicando sobre o hotel, sobre a Priscila e todos os beneficios oferecidos. Os meninos que me trataram tao bem durante o cinema na banheira, trazendo meus pedidos e ate mesmo um potinho delicioso de pipoca. O Cris no cafe da manha querendo me fazer comer um croissant, e a Cris no check out. Equipe treinada e com certeza tem amor pelo que faz. Senti isso. E dai vem os adendos... um ambiente aconchegante, um quarto lindo com uma vista de tirar o fôlego, várias experiências bacanas, tudo o que comi estava delicioso (petisco de camaroes, tapioca colonial e ovo poche), fora o servico de abertura de cama com chás, e espumantes gaúchos no cardápio. Nota 10 de 10. Costumo viajar bastante, e o Lote 20 que eu já namorava pelo ainstagram, entrou na minha lista de indicações na Serra Gaúcha sem dúvidas. Parabéns a todos os responsáveis.

Excelente, ótima experiência!
A localização do hotel é excelente, no início dos Caminhos de Pedra. O quarto que ficamos (7) é muito confortável, bonito, banheiro bom com uma banheira que dá para duas pessoas. O hotel é muito bonito, fica em local tranquilo, e o café da manhã (servido na mesa) é excelente, muitas opções e tudo muito gostoso. Por fim, o diferencial do hotel é a equipe, extremamente simpática e prestativa. Foi uma ótima experiência. Esperamos retornar em breve.
