I didnt like the fact my card got charged and reservation was canceled. I paid for an empty room for 2 days. Got told it was canceled from the front desk. Manager not on property for a week. This whole system was joke. Kept hearing im sorry theres nothing I can do!!! Called every nimber I could get. WHAT A JOKE

The hotel and room were fine. Nice and quiet. There was supposed to be a breakfast but there wasn't anything available and nobidy around. The clerk at the front desk didn't seem too concerned about it.

The rooms are in desperate need of updating. I understand these things take time and money but this needs to be addressed by upper management. The wall paper needs to be replaced and the carpet is old and stained. The rooms were not that clean and when I used the last roll of toilet paper, I noticed dead flies in the holder. The chair in the room does not look like it had been vacuumed in months. There were only 2 towels furnished upon arrival and they were small and not suitable for two adults. We had to go to the desk and ask for more. The breakfast bar had eggs and sausage but every day we went down, we had to heat them in the microwave. You may want to follow up on that in case the board of health pays a call. The staff was very nice.

Bed Bugs!
At no fault to you, Expedia, changed our pricing, which your front desk was more than willing to adjust and make sure that we did not get screwed on what we thought we were paying. So kudos to the front desk. But the room was not the best. We had two rooms and neither was the cleanest, but "we thought" it was clean enough to not worry. My daughter woke up with bed bugs all over her body and we are now taking precautions to make sure my home does not get infested with them. She is now covered in Calamine and is on meds to help with the extreme itching.

We checked out early was not comfortable or happy
Room was dirty when we checked in. There was a towel hanging in a hanger like to “dry” there was empty vodka bottle on shelf above hangers Could not put us in a other due to being “sold out” Did not have toiletries. Called down to desk to receive some said they would bring bùt they never did. Had to go down and get. Then didn’t have hand soap at desk said would bring up never did. Only had two towels for 4 people. Did not receive clean lines on second day and trash was not emptied. AC was set at 60 but room stayed at 69 70 Carpet was filthy. We brought Clorox wipes and wiped down table and tv stand and it was filthy… Door to bathroom would scrap when it closed had to be forcefully pulled across tile to get to close. I’m sure the room underneath us was not happy about that. We stay at a lot of hotels I have never complained not once. The price of the stay was way overpriced for service and room we stayed in. This was our first stay at a Radisson hotel.

This place needs a complete overhaul. It was dated, smelled like the rooms were smoking rooms, stains on carpet and bathroom tile. Such a shame I booked through Expedia- lost 300 dollars as they did not refund me. The manager showed me multiple rooms, each one dirtier than the previous. One of the rooms looked as though it had someone still occupying it. Beware! Do not book this dump of a hotel. Thank goodness for the Hampton hotel in the area. Stayed there… happily.

This hotel needs a makeover. We had cobwebs in our room, carpets were almost black from not being cleaned. The toilet leaked and the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. For the cost of $200 a night not worth the money.

The carpets in our room were filthy dirty, and stained. The bathtub leaked. We had to switch rooms, and the second room was even worse. The bathtub had hair and dirt in it. The sheets were dirty, the carpet was stained. It took over 45 minutes to get clean sheets, and then we had to make our own beds. There was an exposed wire in one plug, peeling wall paper, mold in the a/c vent. The house keeping department didnt have any clean towels. We had to wait 7 hours for towels. Front desk employees were very rude and extremely unprofessional. The hallway and stairway was dirty and filled with trash. There was no working phone in the room. The manager of the property was never available to talk with. I have been trying to reach him for over a week. Every time I call the person answering says he isnt available. I was told I would get a discount on my room because of all the issues we had, but still haven't gotten anything yet.

Hair in bathtub, only 1 towel no hand towel or face cloth and there was 2 of us. Tried calling numerous times to let them know we would be a late check in, no answer had to leave a message, no full time staff at desk had to ring a bell for someone. The only friendly employee was the woman that took care of breakfast.

The room was nice and clean. Missed not having a microwave or easy chair and the bed was so close to the wall that it was hard to get out on that side. Went downstairs to get extra towels. Breakfast had a nice variety, except they ran out of orange juice. Good place for a one-night stay. Check-inn was quick and easy. Thanks!

Cancelled our room without notice. Tried to make us rebook on the spot for an additional $100. Leaving myself and my little kids with no place to stay for the night. They told me they had refunded my stay because they cancelled it— come to find out I was still charged and had to file a dispute with my credit card company. We were not the only family this happened to. She canceled the rooms for at least 10 other people to try to make more money. Many people were furious on the phone and in the lobby. Stay far far away.

I have pics dirty and mold on the vent in bathroom and no shower curtain sink stopped up. The carpets dirty. TV don’t work we called still didn’t get it fixed. We had 1 washcloth I bath towel and 2 hand towels , that’s for 2 people for 2 nights they said you only get maid service every 3rd night. Don’t stay there! Kathy Hunter
