We had a great stay at Hyatt Place. Very clean and modern hotel. Check out was 12:00 which was later than nearby hotels. Breakfast was excellent- home cooked food and not powdered eggs, etc. Oatmeal was great. About 10 min from Univ of Arkansas and a target across the street. Staff available at the front all hours and were very friendly and accommodating! My daughter missed the breakfast by 30 min and the front desk lady (also from Texas like us) asked the kitchen staff and they had leftover food for her. Clean indoor pool with a separate hot tub that worked well. Comfortable beds with feather duvets and pillows. Even the couch was comfortable and was a small sectional. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Place was nice. Staff was friendly. However I booked a King room and got a double queen. Woke up very sore from the mattress. Maybe a bit too soft. Water pressure was good with plenty of hot water.
