The only reason I chose this property, and booked it in advance, was based on the indoor pool. I've been traveling x-country. I needed and planned for this exercise! When I arrived at the property, I found out about the pool. It had been closed for about 2 weeks, for repair. I was not notified by Expedia or the property. Luckily, I found an open swim time at the local community center, but it was with zero help from this property's staff because they also had no internet and phone service! Of course it was restored quickly, but walking into this chaos was NOT GOOD. In my opinion, this property should've offered me a free night's stay - at a time when the pool is operational. They offered nothing.

This place is being remodeled and is wonderful.,, the staff is absolutely exemplary!!!!! It is close to the airport and out of the hustle and bustle of the town. You will be glad if you choose these accommodations!

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants/bars anywhere near and the hotel itself has no such accommodations either. Upon checking in, found out the pool & hot tub were closed. After driving 10 hours, we were looking forward to the hot tub. You could hear everything going on in the hallway and the next room. I won't complain about the construction noise as I was aware that was going on. The beds were rock hard and the flooring was peeling up in spots. The room was musty & humid, even with the AC on. The room and bedding appeared to be clean but the floor of the shower/tub had some weird orange stains that I'd rather not think about. With all that being said.... WAY overpriced, at least they had a continental breakfast, but don't let them fool you with calling it a "buffet", it's just your typical continental breakfast. Would not recommend

Got to the property only to find out the indoor pool was out of service while they were doing renovations, which was not communicated anywhere. I have kids and they had been looking forward to the pool. Then we got to the room which had scaffolding outside the wondows and men walking back and fourth hammering outside our windows. The room floors were peeling up whoch caused my toddler to trip constantly and there were nasty stains in the bathtub. Will never stay there again.

The fact that is the only hotel near the airport is a winner. We were fortunate to get in a newly renovated room. The hotel is going through a renovation so there was quite a bit noise during the day. Nice breakfast, nicely lit bathroom.

Solid Choice Close to the Airport
The hotel is overall great, staff is friendly, the breakfast was REALLY good, and the room had lots of space. Bed was comfortable and the space was clean. The hotel is close to the airport but there is NOTHING within walking distance. It is literally out in a field by itself.

I was not informed when booking that they are going through a renovation. There was a moldy smell in the lobby and the room had a strong paint smell. They put a family with an infant in the adjoining room next to us, who cried all night and the adjoining doors do not block out noise. They should have been placed in a room next to empty rooms. I was charged $25 dollars on day of check-in, that i do not know for what. And i did not receive an email receipt after check-out. I will have to call on the charge and to receive a receipt. The room had cheap gray faux wood vinyl that was cold and the tiles were lifting up. Carpet would have been a better choice. However, the breakfast was great. Probably would not choose this place again.
