One of those semi-automatic hotels with self-check-in and key dispenser leading to basic room with minimal amenities. However, staff were available to help, there are in-house laundry facilities at reasonable prices, and a very handy little kitchen area where we could brew coffee and eat supermarket breakfast.
The hotel is in a bit of a grey residential area a good half hour walk into town.
Parking was the only complaint, being off-site, up a short hill and in a side street multi-storey, and a whopping £10 a day. There isn’t anywhere to unload or pack near the hotel so keep your luggage to a minimum
