Great hotel
Brilliant location, fabulous staff. Only issue was size of the standard double room. Small and the already tiny wardrobe was more than half filled by an ironing board. We travel very light but nowhere to store our stuff. That said I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Did I mention the fabulous staff?

I am not sure I enjoy staying at this hotel.. one thing good is breakfast and light dinner make things easier. The hotel is located at outskirt of the central tourist attractions… 5 min walk.. One thing I don’t like about the hotel is the air ventilation. The first night I didn’t know how to close the windows. Omg, I barely slept that night, as the window is facing to the street.. once the window was closed, you can feel the air in the room is stagnant, which caused me coughing couple of times at night. (Yes, I am very air sensitive)

Nice property conveniently located in the middle of Bryggen, yet inconspicuous (you would not even know the entry door 😃). Nice overall room, with an odd sliding bathroom glass door right by the bed… if two people in the room, better not go to the bathroom during the night 😂
