I cannot recommend this property enough. Its location is perfect for a stay in Bergen. Close to the famous wooden buildings, funicular to Mount Floyen, bus sation and tram and main shopping centre. The room was basic but very clean and serviced everyday. I didnt have a view but thay didnt bother me. It could benefit from more hanging storage but again i managed. Heated bathroom floor was a bonus. The breakfast was one of the best, so much choice of hot and cold options. When i arrived I was I in a state because my case hadn't arrived at the airport and I had limited money. The staff were amazing and really helpful when i was in a desperate situation.

Beautiful hotel, large room , comfortable bed & it’s quiet. Great stay, across from the ferry terminal in downtown Bergen. Delicious free breakfast with many choices. Definitely good value for the cost of the room.

We booked city view but we got a room with only window to “lobby”. It was a very boring room. It looked more like Airbnb not a hotel. Complained the reception and they were very unresponsive and told we are booked. Complained to Expedia and they could not get a hold of the hotel management. Stay away from this hotel. The photos and descriptions are not real.

Such a conveniently located hotel that was very comfortable and was a great place to stay while visiting Bergen! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was sufficient. Not too many amenities such as no gym or sauna. The breakfast was delicious however!

This hotel was situated near the ferry dock which was essential for our trip. But it was also convenient to all things Bergen around the waterfront. Room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly.
