Stayed at this property for two nights, September 11-13. Close to the central station. Breakfast was okay, lots of options. We were not happy with the room temperature, especially paying almost $500 per night, CAD. We couldn’t adjust the temperature, it was over 25C and it was only 10C outside. The only thing they said to do was get a fan and open the window, which we did. This didn’t help! I did inform the front desk and we did receive a bit of a discount, but I would not recommend

The hotel is just next to the railway station, has no packing space, but with easy access to a multi-levels-public paking, and the hotel will send you by mail how to get to the parking and how to walk from the parking to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The door locker need to wait for more than 10 seconds after be closed, think it was too long.

Initially I was not impressed with the room - the decor is not to everyone’s taste and the exposed concrete ceiling in the room looked a bit like the ceiling had fallen down and not been replaced. Room was fine and perfectly comfortable. After a day the room grew on me. Staff were consistently great and very helpful. There’s a free tea and coffee point in reception 24/7. My only criticism aside from the bizarre decor is how packed breakfast is every morning. We often found it difficult to get a table and basic things like croissants and bananas would frequently run out and not be replenished.

Great location, easy check in, lobby area nicely decorated, WIFI good. Breakfast was very busy at times and hard to find a table, no USB charging but not sure if this is usual for Norway. Lifts could be slow
