The room was cramped and stuffy for a family and we had to keep the window a bit open. The extractor in the bathroom was really noisy. The mattress was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs underneath me and there was dust under the bed when we pulled out the trundle bed. It was quiet enough and the staff seemed friendly but they need to replace the mattresses and give ut a deep clean.

Its an ideal hotel, for the price. Off the motorway, clean, warm and fairly cozy. And you simply cant beat the price, especially near Bristol where other hotels will charge you arm and a leg to stay in a shed. Nothing to complain about

Room shabby and dated, smelt of stale cigarettes which was even worse when bathroom fan came on. Poor sound proofing could here every step from room above. Bed very uncomfortable. Overpriced compared to other motels ie Travelodge.

Poor accessible room provision
Disappointed with accessible room. Layout made it difficult to get into and out of the room with a wheelchair plus shower over the bath, rather than a walk in shower. Who designs these places?
