The Campanile Berlin "Brandenburg Airport" is not an Airport hotel. Getting to Brandenburg Airport requires a 15 minute walk followed by a 12 minute bus ride. The Campanile does not offer airport shuttle service.

The hotel is far from the city center, but transportation was easy. The A/C had a leaking, we reported the problem, it was not fixed immediately but Rita was very helpful.

Very Clean, comfortable & well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful. Public transportation are a few steps away, easily accessible from BER airport by public buses it takes around 20-25 minutes including changing stop. Overall the price is very convenient to the offered service.

Okay for airport.
The hotel was clean and functional, but it felt kind of dark and depressing. The lights in the hallway were off and would turn on when you walked down them, like being the last person in an office building at night. There was no mini-fridge in the room, and no telephone to call the front desk. Small rooms. It worked for what I wanted it for -- to simply have a place to stay near the airport for one night -- but it wasn't great.

We stayed here for a night in the middle of July after a long day of traveling to Berlin from the US. I was hesitant to book this hotel due to the small rooms and AC issues I read in other recent reviews, but our stay was awesome. Room was clean, space was small but if you have carry-on’s and backpacks only like us, this won’t be an issue. Bar is open after midnight till 0230 and the staff was nice. We kept asking for ice in our bottles and they happily scooped it for us every time. It is HOT in Berlin in the summer, and AC was sufficient. I have been to many European countries and travelers have to understand that AC elsewhere isn’t freezing cold like the US where it is blasted in hotels and businesses. Bathroom and standing shower space is adequate for an average sized person. Bus is right across the street. Pay for breakfast or wait for the chinese food restaurant to open next door. We would totally stay here again.
