Das spa war enttäuschend. das wasser kalt und die sauna nicht beheizt…. und leider auch keinen Bademantel…. und der mann deruns empfing hat nur english gesprochen

Sehr geehrter Peter,wir bedauern, dass Sie mit unserem Wellnessbereich nicht zufrieden waren. Die Sauna beheizen wir derzeit sehr gerne für unsere Gäste mit einer kurzen Vorlaufzeit. Auch Bademäntel geben wir natürlich auch gerne aus. Wir möchten uns entschuldigen, dass dies durch die Sprachschwierigkeiten nicht gut kommuniziert wurde. Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass wir dies mit der Abteilung ausführlich thematisieren werden. Wir hoffen, Sie hatten darüber hinaus einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei uns.
