Leaky taps and incredibly slow Wifi

Good spot

Centrally located in Mitte with easy access to S & U bahn very good staff bar an afterthought and rooms look onto reception bike hire at door of hotel- do it and cycle around Berlin very easily. Room and toilet were bi, pool was great and sauna good with a hangover! Overall, probably a 4 star but great value for money.

Value for money

Our first trip to Berlin. We made the right choice in choosing this hotel since it is centrally located and within walking distance to a train station. Modern hotel with good facilities and warmly welcomed by staff.

great trip

Excellent hotel, very close to the Unter den Linten, Brandenberg Gate etc. Friedrichstrasse train station is just across the street, so handy for airport transfers etc. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Did not eat at the hotel, plenty of cheaper options all over Berlin. great selection of cocktails at the bar! Would recommend a boat trip along the Spree, just minutes walk from the hotel, and a great way to see Berlin. Would have no hesitation in returning.

excellent for a couples weekend break

A fantastic room spacious comfortable clean well deserving of the five star rating. The location is excellent a two minute walk from the station. Walking Distance from lots of lovely restaurants shops and bars. The staff were extremely helpful. I would have liked a Jacuzzi as the swimming pool was cold but overall an amazing hotel highly recommended.

Berlin Weekend Birthday Trip

Great hotel in central location just across road from Friedrichstrasse station providing convenient access to trains & underground for airport and attractions but still within walking distance of Brandenburg Gate. Shops and restaurants adjacent to hotel also.

great location and staff

The staff could not have been better. Special thanks for putting in extra effort to help with my broken glasses! Only thing that would have improved it was to have a better lounge area. The pool and sauna were good. Location was unbeatable, a soundproof room with comfortable beds. We could walk everywhere from here.

Amazing location

Just got back from our second trip to Berlin and we really could not have picked a better hotel. The location is fantastic. Berlin is a BIG city and quite spread out but this hotel made an excellent central base for exploring all of the sights and as the weather was a bit changeable, it was easy enough to pop back for a warming cup of tea and more clothing ! The room was great with an enormous bed and uber smart bathroom. Breakfast was brilliant, offering a huge variety of food to suit all tastes......and the creamiest scrambled eggs ever ! The indoor pool/spa/sauna offered something extra at the end of a long day of sightseeing too ! In our opinion, Eurostars Berlin is faultless and highly recommended to anyone looking for a bit of added extra in their hotel.

Great experience

The best of the Hotel is the staff. The people are excellent. They were our best experience. Always helpful and attending any request with efficiency and courtesy.

Hyvät sängyt, tilava huone Uudehko ja perussiisti, vaikka huonesiivous oli sinne päin Hyvä matkasänky taaperolle Hyvät kylpytuoteet Aamupala oli hyvä sis. kuohuviinin Monen haukkuma wifi toimi ok. Henkilökunta oli kokemattoman oloista, mutta yrittivät parhaansa.
