I could not get into the hotel, I came around 11pm and it was online check in but I didn’t have any instruction of my room number and how to get in. All the phones were not answering. I had to go to another hotel because I didn’t have where to sleep. I want refund

Note that the hotel is located directly under the flight path. The toilet, lacking a seat, feels unusual and the shower is very small.

Cheap and convenient for airport
Cheap and convenient within 2 miles of airport. About €20 taxi, too far to walk. Got there late and the self check in machine was broken, called the number on it and all sorted. Vending machines out of order.

Hotel desk did not pickup during opening times, hotels.com did not provide self checkin code, eventually had to pay again, hotels.com didn't even refund, as they couldn't reach the hotel desk as well

Too far to be AirPort hotel
Hotel is too (more than 7 km) far from the airport, it's about 20 euro taxi fair and take roughly 20 minutes. Public transport is not very good ether, 1 Bus in every hour and from the nearest bus stop hotel is about 15/20 walk. The worst of all, there is no sign posted to direct the hotel so you have to relay on local people. Until the late night hotel was noisy, so if you are a person wanting to sleep quietly it's not your place. It's good for single person and if you drive.

This is the worst budget inn I have ever stayed at and I hope nobody else goes through the same kind of struggle my wife and I had to go through. We arrived late night, only to find that there was is not a person but a malfunctioning machine to check us in. The machine rejected not only our reservation number, but that of five other guests. We were stuck outside and the neighborhood is in the middle of no where. We called customer service but received VERY delayed assistance and barely made it inside two hours later. One guest grew so frustrated by the situation she tried to book another room through the machine. Another guest was told by the customer service to book another room but had only debit card and the machine did it take it. Overall it was an absolute nightmare.

We had a short stay. This hotel is generally ok but great considering the price. I wouldn't stay there for an extended period but it's great for early or late flights

Ein Sterne Hotel
Ankunft und Check in war ok. Wenn man sich aber mit drei Leuten ( ein Erwachsener + zwei Kindern) anmeldet und Zimmer nur einmal Bettdecke und zwei Kissen vorfindet ist das nicht so toll. Geduscht wird hier leider auch nur kalt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte dem Hotel der Stern weggenommen werden.

Es una propiedad horrible desde la organización del personal hasta la seguridad. Tuve que salir de ahí porque los mismos empleados se aprovechan de las chicas que vean solas. Además que pareciera que solo te venden la pantalla de humo de ser hotel. Si van a Berlin mejor bus1uennotras opciones porque la seguridad y formalidad son lo primero en un lugar.
