Dear Rainer Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sure it wasn't easy for you. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience. We had to cancel the night porter position due to Corona. For security reasons, we block our lift during the time when our reception is not manned. That is from 21.00-06.45. This means that late arrivals have to support us by doing the check-in at the reception with the information and the key in an envelope themselves. Thank you very much for this. We are happy to be there for our guests from 06.45-21.00. We look forward to welcoming you again. Kind regards
