The location of this quaint beach house is perfect for your vacation this year, with just a short walk to downtown Bethany Beach, great restaurants, and shopping. The decks and four-season room provide opportunities for outside meals and morning coffee. The ranch-style house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The owner's bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. There is an additional bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a third bedroom with two twin sized beds, both bedrooms share the full size bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

The kitchen and living space offer open concept living with ample seating and flat-screen television. The four-seasons room is located off of the dining area and has an additional television and access to a small deck with a grill. There is also an outside shower.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel sets per person.

Pet (dog) friendly up to 2 dogs... A $250 pet fee would apply per dog.
