One of the rooms I booked had bugs all over inside the room as one of the screen less windows were left open, a different room had a stink bug in the bed. Not the quality I expected from doubletree. Holiday inn would’ve been nicer.

Nice for a quick overnight stay. Quick and easy check in, lobby was nice. We did have a problem with the cleaning staff, they barged in our room at least three times before checkout without knocking.

Illegal/unethical business practices
Booked this hotel via hotels.com where a pet fee of $50 was advertised. The hotel accepted the terms of the booking when they accepted my reservation, however when I showed up the property I was told that I would be charged $75 for my pet. After explaining the terms of my booking to Stephan and the manager on duty Timothy, they reported that it was not their issue and that I would have to pay the $75 because they advertise it as such on Hilton.com. Given it was midnight and they also wouldn’t refund my stay, I was basically held hostage. I called Hiltons corporate office and they stated that they could not change the hotel policy and suggested that I discuss with a manager on duty (already did). In any case, I am filing a formal complaint with the FTC over these deceptive business practices because while it is only $25, if they are doing it to me they are likely doing it to thousands of others. Shame on you Hilton. Furthermore I requested a pack and play and they said they would bring it to my room, 20 minutes later one did not show up so I had to run out to my car to grab ours. Mind you this is after midnight with our toddler, and I offered to carry it up myself but the front desk said they were going to bring it. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

The stay is Good , but is a smell for the 2 Days like a drain water or something but smell really bad , on Saturday I see the truck for antiseptic drain but smell the facility bad.. even then that I like the hotel is super clean

The gentleman at check in was very nice, but didn’t give me great directions on getting to the elevators for my room. I got lost for a bit then finally found my way. Overall the room was very clean, but when we got there the A/C was turned off, so it was a bit warm. Once we got the A/C going the room was comfortable. The one thing I really didn’t like is that the trees in the parking lot were dropping big hard spiky balls. I was worried my car would get dented from them falling, so I had to be careful about where I parked. I saw one fall and dent the hood of a pretty white Lexus. Be very careful if you park your car in their parking lot.
