A charming villa with an exceptional view 10m overlooking a beautiful Blue Flag beach, made up of 2 apartments communicating by internal staircase / /

- bedroom 2 garden view "Madagascar": 1 bed 140, wardrobe;

Emplacement exceptionnel !
Maison parfaite pour ces vacances de la toussaint en famille. Nous étions 10 au total enfants, ados, adultes et retraités. Chacun y a trouvé son bonheur : balade bord de mer (très beau sentier côtier), plage à côté (50m) : paddle footing, shopping, cafés en terrasse et tout ça sans jamais prendre la voiture. La maison est vraiment très agréable. Le top !

Excellent séjour au cap d’Agde. Maison idéalement située lorsque l’on veut profiter de la mer. Vue magnifique superbe jardin, maison vaste et très bien aménagée pour un groupe. De plus, nous avons apprécié les conseils et l’aide de Christine.

Perfekter Familienurlaubsort
Das Haus hat eine unglaublich schöne Lage und war für unseren Familienurlaub (Großeltern, Eltern und erwachsene Enkel) perfekt. Die Zimmer bieten ausreichend Platz für alle und besonders das obere Stockwerk ist wunderbar lichtdurchflutet und hat eine Terrasse mit schönstem Ausblick auf Strand und Hafen. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Haus und natürlich darf man nicht in jede Ritze schauen wegen der Sauberkeit. Uns hat das aber in keiner Weise gestört, denn der Charme der dieses Haus versprüht hat viel mehr gewichtet. Für unsere zwei Hunde war der große komplett eingezäunte Garten ebenfalls perfekt. Christine, die sich vor Ort um das Haus kümmert, hat uns sehr nett empfangen, alles erklärt und Tipps für die Umgebung (Fischmarkt…) gegeben. Auch die Hausübergabe am Ende der Reise war nett und vollkommen unkompliziert. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Haus am Meer mit sehr viel Charme
Traumhaft schöne Lage und das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Diese Villa ist älteres Haus mit sehr viel Charakter und Charme. Wir waren mit 10 erwachsenen Personen dort und haben alle Mahlzeiten dort zubereitet und eingenommen, weil kein Restaurant eine solch wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer und so eine gemütliche Atmosphäre hätte bieten können. Direkt vor dem Haus liegt ein wunderbarer sauberer Strand mit sehr klarem Wasser. Die Übergabe und Abnahme durch Christine war ausgesprochen nett und professionell. Christine ist in Cap d‘Agde gebürtig und kann Auskunft und Empfehlungen zu allen Aktivitäten geben. Die Heizkosten wurden zu äußerst fairem Preis abgerechnet. Wir können diese Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Super séjour au cap d Agde
Nous avons pu profiter en famille de noël dans la maison superbe avec vue imprenable sur la mer ! Une maison oú tout était parfait pour un séjour en famille ! Il ne manquait rien ! Grand confort dans la maison. Christine qui nous a accueillis est une personne super agréable et nous a bien conseillé sur les choses à faire, à voir dans les environs. À très vite !

Très bon séjour en bord de mer
La vue et l'emplacement de la maison sont exceptionnels. Le 1er étage est moderne par rapport au RDC qui a su garder son charme d'antan. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis avec une "mezzanine cabane" qui a beaucoup plu aux plus petits. Christine nous a très bien accueilli et a été de très bons conseils pour nos activités extérieures. Je recommande vivement ! Corinne

Top Lage
Das Haus liegt natürlich in einer Top Lage, garkeine Frage, aber das Haus müsste mal gründlich renoviert und grundgerreinigt werden 😬. Alte Haushaltsgeräte müssten entfernt und sortiert werden, es ist zu viel in den Schränken was man nicht brauchen kann. Die Töpfe sind alt und in den Pfannen ist keine Beschichtung mehr drauf, so das alles anbrennt. Geschirr müsste auch dringend ausgewechselt werden. Leider mussten wir alles erstmal spülen, bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Es stand unsauber im Schrank. Sauberkeit war leider auch fehl am Platze in allen Räumen. Der Backofen oben in der Küche war garnicht sauber. Die Couch in beiden Etagen sind unpraktisch weil die einzelnen Elemente wegrutschen.. das Haus ist leider nicht gemütlich, bei schlechtem Wetter, hat man sich nicht wirklich wohlgefühlt, drinnen zu bleiben. Die Schränke haben so einen starken Eigengeruch, das die Kleidung danach gerochen hat. Aus dem Haus könnte man viel mehr machen. Vielleicht haben wir einen anderen Standard erwartet, weil die Woche doch recht ordentlich gekostet hat in der Nebensaison . Aber sowas haben wir nicht erwartet. Bei 12 Personen muß dementsprechend ein großer Tisch und Stühle da sein, draussen wie drinnen. Es ist nicht so schön im Urlaub Tische und Stühle zu rücken damit man Platz hat. Aber wie wir gesehen haben, hat der Hausbesitzer bei den anderen Bewertungen schon geschrieben das im Winter eine Renovierung angestrebt wird ☺️. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen, auch dementsprechend den Preis zahlen, wenn wir wir ein tolles Haus vorfinden würden. Ein großes Lob an unsere Ansprechpartnerin, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir hatten etwas Probleme mit der Wäschefirma für Bett und Handtücher hat alles gemanagt für uns, obwohl sie frei hatte. Ich hoffe die Kritiken werden angenommen und umgesetzt. Es wäre sonst echt schade so ein tolles Haus nicht wirken zu lassen. Es ist wirklich ein Träumchem in dieser Lage. Herzliche Grüße

Strandhaus
Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist sehr schön. Aber der Empfang mit Christine war schon schwierig, da sie sich keine Zeit genommen hat um uns alles in Ruhe zu erklären. Es wurden keine Bettüberzüge zur Verfügung gestellt, es hatte keinen Radio, keinen Fernseher (nur DVD). Die Möbel waren sehr alt und es war an vielen Orten im Haus nicht sauber. Am Schluss bekamen wir eine Abrechnung für die Benutzung von Elektrik (Backofen, Herdplatte etc.). Die Heizung haben wir nie gebraucht und es hiess, der Rest sei im Preis inbegriffen. Wir mussten eine Kaution von EUR 250 hinterlassen, was dem Gast gegenüber nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig rüberkommt. Das Wetter war leider nicht gut, so dass wir die Zeit auch viel im Haus verbringen mussten und da war es sehr feucht und ungemütlich. Das hat natürlich das Ganze auch noch erschwert. Im Grossen und Ganzen können wir das Haus nicht weiterempfehlen.

Direkt am Strand
Das war der Grund warum wir uns für dieses Haus entschieden haben. Die Lage ist wunderbar.....das ständige Meeresrauschen ist himmlisch! Platz zum schlafen hat es genug für 12 Personen, bequeme Betten. Der Minus-Punkt für uns war , es hat keinen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Nur ein Tisch den man zuerst zusammenbauen muss und dann die Stühle von draussen von der Terasse reinholen dazu. Dann hat es aber drinnen fast keinen Platz mehr, ausser man bezieht die Polstergruppe mit ein zum draufsitzen. Ausserdem sind die Möbel und alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Man hat immer Angst es geht etwas kaputt...... Auch in der Küche ist die Auswahl an Geschirr ziemlich begrenzt, nur eine Grösse Teller. Der Garten ist sehr gross und auch ein Pluspunkt für Leute mit Hunden, eingezäunt. Das tollste ist wie gesagt die Lage, macht vieles wett und lässt einen den Rest grosszügig übersehen ;-)

I emplacement de cette propriété est exceptionnel, pas de bruit de voitures, uniquement le bruit des vagues.. Bcp de monde en août.... Mais nous le savions!! Nous y retournerons, à une période moins estivale, pour profiter encore mieux de cet endroit magique

Séjour au top
Nous y avons séjourné fin février avec nos 4 enfants. L’emplacement est idyllique aussi bien pour la vue, la proximité des commerces et des promenades. Situé au seul endroit où la nature est encore un peu préservée. Merci à Christine pour l’accueil et ses bons conseils. Petit bémol la maison peut bien accueillir 12 personnes par contre les repas devront se faire en extérieur. Nous avons trouvé un peu exagéré aussi d’être facturé de notre consommation d’eau et d’électricité, 30€ pour 5 jours et 6 personnes nous avons trouvé ça un peu cher. Au vu du prix du séjour à la villa, les frais devraient être inclus.

Une vue splendide, une maison magnifique !
La maison a beaucoup de caractère, le fait d'avoir 2 espaces distincts sur 2 étages c'est un avantage lorsque nous partons à plusieurs familles. La vue est tout simplement splendide, la mer ne peut pas être plus proche sinon ce serait sur pilotis ! L'accueil de Christine était au top tout comme les échanges avec le propriétaire, bref je recommande vivement ce bien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
