Bonjour et merci de votre gentil commentaire. Nous essayons de rendre la résidence la plus agréable possible pour les résidents : lieu, jardin, accueil. Notre souhait est que chacun se sente comme " à la maison". Nous avons pris note de vos remarques. Pour le savon, de plus en plus de clients préfèrent apporter leurs produits de soins personnels. mais nous en avons toujours en réserve et il ne faut pas hésiter à nous demander si quelque chose vient à manquer. Nous sommes là pour répondre à vos demandes. Pour les lits, il est vrai que nous sommes plus dans une optique pension de famille et à ce titre il est vrai qu'ils ne sont pas refaits chaque jour par nos soins. Mais nous tenons compte de votre remarque. Nous vous souhaitons une très bonne journée. Nous serons heureux de vous recevoir de nouveau parmi nous.
