In a typically Mediterranean atmosphere and still wild nature, come and discover your haven of peace in the middle of the garrigue facing the Golf St Thomas just 10 minutes from Béziers and 15 minutes from the beaches.

A luxurious new villa of 270 m² on 622 m² of land awaits you on the front line facing the Golf.

It consists of 8 rooms: 1 living room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, one with private bathroom, a master suite with it also private bathroom and dressing room, a patio. In the basement, you will find a gym, a double bedroom, a laundry room, a shower room and a garage of 80 m².

You can cook facing the scrubland in a large fully equipped kitchen (luxury household appliances: coffee machine, American fridge, wine cellar, retractable hood ...), you can then have an aperitif in an interior patio of 20 m², lunch on a 48m² terrace before relaxing by the heated 12 * 4 swimming pool, with the garrigue and the Golf course as far as the eye can see. And why not end the day around a game of pétanque, on the ground provided for this purpose.

It is our main residence that we rent during the holidays, so it is very comfortable and fully equipped.

Vaudrait 4-5 étoiles, mais ...
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce lieu, qui pourrait obtenir 4 voire 5 étoiles. Malheureusement, certains points sont à revoir, 2 sont rédhibitoires. - à revoir : quelques soucis de plomberie, fils électriques (protégés) apparents, un interrupteur à nu, prise sortie du mur, 2 télécommandes de volets roulants non fonctionnelles que nous avons réparées nous-mêmes, cave à vin présente pour la déco (fermée à clé), hotte high-tech hors-service, adoucisseur vide, éclairage du salon-salle à manger et de la cuisine très faible (idem salle de sport et dortoir) qui plus est, 2 spots dans la salle à manger et 1 spot dans la cuisine hors service, lave-vaisselle pas du tout fonctionnel, wifi inutilisable, étendoir cassé. - à remettre en conformité urgemment : aucun détecteur de fumée, lave-linge, sèche-linge et machine à glace branchés sur une unique "triplette". Points positifs : très grand garage pour au moins 3 véhicules, VTT à disposition, machine à glace, très grand réfrigérateur et 2ème au sous-sol, piscine au sel, pergolas à lames et éclairage, terrasse avec vue, terrain de jeux et pétanque, grand BBQ, clim (sauf sous-sol :-( ), vaisselle en quantité. Du point de vue environnementale/écolo, nous avons été déçus que rien ne soit fait pour économiser l'énergie. La localisation permettrait de rendre cette maison en grande partie autonome en installant des panneaux solaires thermiques et/ou photovoltaïques (chauffage de la piscine et eau chaude sanitaire, clim).

Un séjour parfait
Super séjour dans une villa moderne et très bien adaptée à nos envies. Le cadre est magnifique. Possibilité de faire de très belles balades à proximité. L'accueil à été très bien géré et beaucoup de souplesse pour le départ. Je recommande à 100%.
