"Die gesamte Anlage ist hervorragend und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, die Umgebung wunderschön, und man kann sich wirklich erholen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal an der Anmeldung – freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Leider gibt es jedoch auch einige Kritikpunkte. Das Personal in den Restaurants wirkt leider unfreundlich und wenig kompromissbereit. Die Öffnungszeiten scheinen oft nicht klar kommuniziert zu werden und wirken manchmal spontan festgelegt. Auch die Burger, die angeboten werden, entsprechen leider nicht ganz den Erwartungen oder der Beschreibung. Alles in allem ist die Anlage dennoch großartig, aber bei einigen Bereichen des Services gibt es Luft nach oben."
