The shower head was not attached to the wall. So when you tried to adjust the head, the pile would bang against the wall. Not a pleasant sound to hear for the person on the other side of the wall!

It was clean. Obviously a bit older. Perhaps updating should happen soon. The staff are awesome, in particular the housekeeping folks. They did a top notch job and everything was in good order!

Well, I don’t want to sound like an elitist. However, this hotel seemed like it was also a halfway house. There were people doing drugs behind parked cars, hanging out by the entrances, Sitting on the ground smoking. The room itself was OK. There was no daily service of making up the bed or Checking the toiletries. I know a lot of hotels have gotten away from this, but they usually inform me when you check in. We were not informed.

I liked how big the handicap was had alot of space to move around also it had a chair with a foot stool. Alot of rooms dont have anyway to put feet up. The only thing better is having a recliner for people who cant sleep in beds just a thought.

I needed to cancel my stay few days prior to my arrival, every time I called they said the manager is not there to refund my money. They also said the manager would call me back, they never did. They kept giving me excuses the the manager is out of town. Two weeks later I’m still working on receiving my refund. Apparently there is no management, and the customer service is terrible. If they cannot handle a simple cancellation, I cannot imagine the hotel is maintained properly.

Asked for a” Queen “size bed. BUT I swear it was a “Full/Standered” size bed. We made do. The bathtub faucet and shower head was loose from the wall. Other than that, everything in the room was clean. The room itself was very roomy. To get to the lobby for breakfast, there is NO ENTRANCE from inside the hallway of the hotel, you HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE and walk around to the front entrance to get to the dining lobby.

The beds were nice comfortable, everything was clean,had a refrigerator and freezer, microwave LOTS of towels and extras you might have forgotten. I would definitely stay again
