The beds were comfortable and staff was great, but the trains and blowing horns every 2 hours was horrible!! Trains were veery loud and woke us up not much quality sleep.

Building has no elevator, so if you want a quiet room on 2nd floor be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. If you have a room on first floor, be prepared to hear everyone stomping above your head. No carpet to help with noise. Limited food in morning, doesn’t have options for people with allergies. Avoid if you can.

We liked it except the one bed was too close to the wall for comfort. The bathroom floor was not swept. I could faintly hear people in a near room talking during the night. Overall it was a very nice room.

I drove out to Seattle for an Alaskan cruise...I booked this place on my way to Seattle and IT WAS AMAZING! Reasonably priced, big COMFORTABLE King bed, big tv...LOVED IT...so thought Id stay here on the way back...THIS TIME....still got comfy bed but the TV is an old smalker LG AND IT ISNT WORKING...keeps freezing ecery 4 seconds and then it just died...at which point I went to front desk. Front desk came down and all thry did was tell me its not happening in the lobby....Im so frustrated and to top it off nit only can I not relax to television I paid more than last time!!! Im more stressed than when I got here...almost 200 dollars and a crap tv....so Ill just twiddle my thumbs fir rest abd relaxation....THIS is why I should have driven an extra hour abd given my hard earned money to a better chain.
