Simple but clean. Small room but big enough for a couple of nights. Comfortable bed. A decent walk from the Old Town or Guggenheim but not difficult to get to either. Check-in staff very friendly and helpful. No kettle etc. in room - vending machine on ground floor for coffee etc. Breakfast disappointing, very basic - although cheap, better value can be found elsewhere.

Nice staff. Room was comfortable, but not well isolated. Every time someone close shut the door of their room, it would be unbelievably loud for us, to rhe point our walls shook and we woke up. Also the guy in the next room was doing loud noises and yelling occasionally and it can be heard unfortunately

The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the "Autonomia" street you can walk to everywhere. Even you can walk to the city center and to the famous museum. I truly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Savier and the rest of front desk people.
