Nestled among rolling hills, forests and meadows, and surrounded by countless walnut groves, this beautiful 12-bed country house is located in picturesque Corrèze, just a few kilometers from the idyllic Dordogne River. A romantic private access road, surrounded by long hedges, leads to the entrance of this authentic French country house. The spacious parking area provides ample space to park your car, and a large barn offers additional storage space.

As you enter the house via the borde staircase, you will find beautiful grassy areas with large trees on either side, perfect for children to play in, or enjoy a game of table tennis. The total plot measures a whopping 3.5 hectares and offers spectacular views of the surrounding area, where only the roof of a nearby house can be seen here and there.

A recently landscaped area with a swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) with electrical roller deck (no pool heating) and a terrace with comfortable loungers invites you to take a relaxing dip or sunbathe. Next to the house you will find a charming canopy with a dining table underneath and a barbecue area. This place is ideal for long evenings dining and enjoying the wonderful surroundings.

Inside the house, where everything has been restored with taste and attention to detail, you enter through the hall with guest toilet and stairs to the first floor, into the large living kitchen with huge fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge, microwave, large stove and various kitchen appliances. The adjacent dining room features a long table for 8 to 10 people, perfect for cozy indoor dining.

The upstairs living room offers beautiful views of the landscape beyond and features double French doors to the boardwalk. Here you will find two leather sofas and a classic French velvet sofa, along with additional chairs and a modern flat-screen television with satellite reception.
