We had reserved a room for my grandson 1 year open heart surgery anniversary. It was a king room. His 3 year old cousin and mom and dad came to play in the splash pool wiyh them. The receiptions was very rude and sad the vouldnt swim unless we changed to a 2 queen bedroom. Do we did. And she rudley told us that only people with wrist bands were allowed in the pool. I asked nicely if my 90 year old mother with her walker and I could just sit to watch.NOT ALLOWED. when they walked fown to the pool area we walked with them just hoping to watch through the window, receiption started yelling at us and I told her wr justed wanted to watch through the window. THERE ARE MO WINDOWS SHE SNAPPED Neverr neen treated so rude. This was to be a special night for my family and my 18 month grandson. Shoould have booked with a less expendive hotel with a pool .

The hotel itself was a great stay. The room was clean, the front lobby had such a welcoming feeling, the pool was fun. The only thing that was a dislike was the woman that checked us in. She seemed grumpy and was not pleasant. There was a younger woman that came out to help with checking in also, and she was as sweet as can be and it felt as almost she was scared of the other woman.

We are pleased
We have stayed at this hotel before. It is a little older but very clean. Plus they are pet friendly which is important to us as we take our French Bulldog on trips often. And they usually have a pretty good quality breakfast which is nice. The front desk service is wonderful and they are all very accommodating. Our beds were very comfortable, and if they were not you'd never go back. I would recommend this place.

Bathroom door and vanity had paint peeling, boogers on the shower curtain, shampoo bottle was half empty with something smeared on the lid, maybe makeup? Beds weren't very comfortable. NO COFFEE AT BREAKFAST. They said the machine was broke. TV was apps only, no cable or satellite, had to use two remotes that were confusing to get to the menu. I signed onto my Netflix, but couldn't watch much because the connection kept getting lost. I'm not bad with technology, but I guarantee any elderly people would lose their minds trying to figure out the TV.

Everyone was very helpful and very polite. They went above and beyond what their job entailed to make you feel comfortable. Excellent room space and bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Better chair in the room would be the only thing I wish they had. I have had back surgery and the chair was very uncomfortable and the only other place to sit was on the bed.
