This hotel is a disaster site
1/ recent snow but the sidewalks and parking areas were not cleared. I got my jeep stuck in the parking lot. 2/ Door lock did not work. Clerk thought battery was dead and moved us to another room 3/ TV did not work. Clerk said three TV's had been stolen from the room by a "crazy guest." Said guest must have also stolen the direct TV box. Plus the TV in the room was not connected. Clerk did try to fix it. 4/ At 4 pm most of the rooms had not been cleaned and there was garbage scattered about. Clerk said a cleaning lady had not showed up that day. This hotel is a disgrace to the Rodeway name. I want my money back. Clerk did try to help us by moving us to another room and finding a direct tv box and trying to make tv work. But evidently the TV had been bought by the crazy guest and was never checked or plugged in.

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The first bed we pulled the covered back in had obviously not been changed there was pubic hair on the sheets. The floor in the bathroom reminded me of a public toilet at a stadium. We had 2 bath towels, no shower mat, hand towels, or wash cloths. The chair cushions were stained like some one had set there and peed. The exterior doors were never closed. Will never stay at this hotel again.

This place was okay to stay in. But we did have to go down to the office a few times to have the TV replaced cuz it wouldn't work or didn't have the remote twice. And we had to be moved to another room becuz the staff didn't want to exchange the tv.

Room Floors, and all hallways were filthy. Only good thing is it was close to the hospital and the front desk gal was nice. Oh and the bed sheets were clean, or at least smelled clean. Could be a decent, although very dated place if the hotel was given a top to bottom cleaning and disinfecting. Again the place was very dirty.

This was the most horrific place I have ever stayed. It was disgusting! There was urine on the toilet, on the floor and dripping down the bathroom door. I had to wash everything before me and my grandkids could touch anything. The towels had been used and hung back up. The top sheets were disgusting. The room was torn up. I could say more. The lobby was torn up also. A picture hanging on the wall that said if you smoke in the room we charge $200 was cracked and sideways. Seriously? They should all be fired and ashamed of themselves. That place needs condemned! Only nasty people would rent out such a nasty place. Negative 10!

The electric outlets were out of the wall . Lots of cracks in ceiling . No TV channel lineup or show you how to work it had to call office . But friendly person at counter got me checked right in .

Property and area was nice but area was noisy, but the staff were rude and unhonest. We were blamed for stained linen and when I had to use cash for deposit morning staff said they smelled smoke and kept my whole deposit and didn’t fill out a report for it so pretty sure they pocketed it for themselves. Won’t stay there again for sure

The air conditioner was pretty broken, there was hair in the tub, the carpets looked like they had never been cleaned, the wooden floors were pretty scuffed up. The only area that looked decent was the front desk area.
