From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt welcome. The front desk booked a taxi for me and arranged a breakfast to go at 4 AM. I was served by three different staff members and all were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend The Billund Lodge.

Friendly and helpful staff. Billund is a quaint little town. The Lodge is situated close to Lego House, local restaurants, and public transportation to and from the airport. The nearby sculpture park, which lies along the path to the city center and Lego House, makes the walk enjoyable.

A lovely stay

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Lego House and on a bus route. The Sculpture Park path it right out side the hotel and a nice easy walk. Breakfast was amazing and the pantry had a nice assortment of take away items for dinners and snacks. Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic 4 night stay. Easy walking to all locations and even the airport. Hotel and all the staff were superb. The breakfast is amazing. Didn’t use the gym or pool however I am sure they would be excellent as well. Next time we travel to Denmark this will be our first choice.

The staff were very pleasant and professional. The pool and sauna was an added bonus to a very relaxing break. The food at breakfast was fresh, hot and there was a good choice of different foods. All in all, a great hotel, great location and very helpful staff.

Nice hotel, great location for Lego land. Sadly no adult swim times in the pool and freezing cold water led to disappointment with the pool. Couldnt move for childrens floats, couldnt hear yourself think over the screamimg. Sadly several parents who felt it was ok to get out of the pool.soaking wet and jump in the lift in just wet swimwear to walk theough main hotel.dripping wayer everywhere.

The lightning in the room was quite poor. And a little hot, bad ventilation. And a little bit sad that the treadmill was out of service. But everything else was super! The breakfast was great and the little mini supermarket in the lobby we loved!
