The room smelled terrible like mildew. Handle was broken in the shower/tub. Cashier in casino working alone the morning of 10/19 and was extremely rude. Unsure why such a large casino would only have one cashier working. People were stuck waiting for service and her attitude was not friendly nor professional.

Had a week of fun except for bringing your luggage in the hotel. You either carry it yourself or have a suitcase with wheels. Obviously for a week you need quite a bit of essentials. Lots of bags therefore, we had to go buy a wagon to get our stuff to the room. The parking garage is on one side of the Hotel and the checkin desk along with the elevators for the rooms are on the other side of the hotel and it's quite a walk when you are handicapped and use a cane. I mean for the price we paid for the room for a week, they should definitely have a way to transport your stuff. Other than that our stay was ok.

We arrived too late to enjoy much. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. Our first room smelled like smoke due to being a smoking-room facility. However, once we mentioned it to the front desk, we got another room, and it was perfect. The only thing missing was a microwave because we wanted to eat our leftovers. The hot tub and pool area was perfect. I wish we had more time, but I would be back in traveling the area again.

Dining was great! However, check-in was awful. The staff was not friendly at all. My room that I paid extra for, was “not available”. I was literally looking forward to my room. They claimed they were understaff but they were not friendly or apologetic at all. I didnt even know where to exactly park or even had a cart to move my luggage to my room. The shower was dirty. I dont ever want to come back.

Good stay
Got checked in app 4:15 got settled in room and was ready for a shower but the water was only warm would not get hot. I called to report the issue went out to eat and other places come back app 2 hours later still no hot water. I went to front desk to request another room clerk called someone about the issue then I was told to let water run for about 5 minutes it would get hot. Definitely wasteful and a strange answer and of course that didn’t work either so after 2nd trip to front desk I was moved to another room and had no more issues with the stay .

First of all I reserved two Non smoking rooms, however we did not know that the old tower we were in was a smoking tower, so the rooms still had a bad odor. The front desk says the old tower is smoking and that some rooms are non smoking, why didn’t they put us in the non smoking tower, that would’ve been a great idea people!!! I’m so disappointed about this whole deal. I guess I’ll have to deal with the hotel personally from now on…

My check-in did not go well. The desk rep was not at all friendly. As I was standing in line to get checked in, I was hoping I would not have to deal with her, but hopefully the other rep. Unfortunately, I did have to deal with her. As she was checking me in. I told her I would like to be as high as possible. The hotel has 12 floors. She told me she could only put me as high as the 6th floor, room 601. I got to my room and had trouble with the key card getting the door open. So, I went back downstairs to get it rectified. I then told her I was not happy with that location, as it was too close to the elevators. I don't like being close to elevators or ice machines. She then told me she could put me in room 409, or on 801. Well, 801 was definitely higher, but still near the elevator. I elected to take 409. I did, however wonder why she told me when I checked -in tat she could only put me as high as the 6th floor. Now she was offering me the eighth floor? The hotel didn't seem to have a high occupancy rate at that time. You mean there wasn't a single room left on any floor above the 6th, except room 801, in the other 6 floors? Interesting. I had reservations for next week for two nights, and had reservations for 3 days for the Christmas Holidays. Because of the clerk's attitude, she cost them 5 nights revenue, as I have now canceled my reservations and will Never return there again. BTW, this was my second stay.
