we booked thee King executive. It was not what we were expecting. Pictures definitely tell a different story. It was very outdated, unlike the pictures. Would not stay here again.

Cool to walk through but don’t stay

Unfriendly service overall (front desk, bell stand, housekeeping) - the restaurant staff was the only friendly staff. We had 2 Non-smoking rooms but they smelled like smoke. A very cool theme & decor but I won’t stay there again.

Parking was easy and access to restaurants and other casinos was fantastic. However, when you check in at 4:20 p.m. and you are told your room is not ready and they are not sure when it will be it is quite frustrating. Especially when it messes with the plans for the rest of your evening. Once we were able to be checked in, the room was nice. The bathroom with the dual vanity was fantastic.

Do not use a third party booking system to reserve a room at this hotel they do not recognize your request for no smoking rooms. They claim Expedia did not send it to them in the request, but I’ve never had this happen before. they put me in a smoking room. When I asked if they could move me to a non-smoking room, they claim they didn’t have any left.I was not happy at all. It was gross smelly old beat up furniture stinky carpet. The casino itself is OK but the hotel part at least that I saw Was below average at best. If you don’t mind being treated like a second class citizen go for it, but I will never return to this and stay overnight again.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hard Rock. The casino is very spacious and the staff are helpful...The option to have a smokimg room was such a relief but not a nussiance.. Teres no shortage of options for dining within and around the establishment! Please see for yourselves!

The elevators often smelled of cigarette smoke—very offensive & irritating that smokers are allowed to freely smoke in public areas of the hotel without any consideration for others. My first impression of the room upon arrival was that it was clean however but later noticed that the tile flooring was sticky. My wife used a wash cloth to clean the hard surface flooring in the entrance and the bath area & the rag quickly turned black. For the first two days of our stay, we had to take showers with only slightly warm water. The last day of our stay was the only day that we had a hot shower. On the first 2days of our stay, we could smell weed in the entrance & restroom areas of the room. When I complained to the front desk staff, they said that they could not do anything about finding the source since our floor was directly under the smoking floor & the smell was probably coming through the vents in the restroom. I told them that it was not tobacco smoke but the terrible skunk smell of marijuana. I asked for a price reduction for the room as consideration for our inconvenience & they said the only thing they could do was to provide an ozone machine to be used when we were not in the room. I told the desk employee that was not an option since we I had our small dog in the room. Very disappointed with the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino—will never stay here again!

We stayed on the fourth floor. The room was musky mildew smelling, the tub was not clean, the toilet was wobbly. No USB plugs, one wall plug near bed. Out dated JBl stereo/CD phased out but left glued to counter. Refrigerator cabinet door would not shut.
