I have been to this Margaretaville in Biloxi four times. This time was horrible. The door would not lock and maintenance came said it was fine but I would leave room and it would not lock. The tub fixture was falling out of the wall. I seen 3 roaches in the room. The tv did work right. It did not play very many channels Complained again because the carpet was getting wet from the rain and they gave me another room finally But they did not assist me in my move at all and it wa the afternoon before check out.

Amazing views, fun time!
Great stay, every time we go to Biloxi we stay at Margaritaville resort. This time was very cool because it was the first time I actually saw dolphins swim and play right beside the resort. They were so active we saw them every morning we were there. Resort is Very quiet and staff is very friendly. The beds need replacing though. The mattresses are awful and have dips in them causing excruciating back and hip pain. It was like sleeping on a the beds foundation.

I specifically booked this hotel for its location. It was close to the event I was attending. The hotel was pleasant, but it is geared towards families with children. There are rides, including a Ferris wheel, an arcade, water slides, etc. The staff was cheerful. Rooms began clean with plenty of linen but beds were not made daily. While the cafe had coffee at breakfast, it did not offer tea. It seems great for children, perhaps less so for groups of adults.

Found us a new spot. 💛
This was our 1st trip to Margaritaville and we will return!!! We can not wait to book next summer. We have 2 teenagers and the stay kept us all busy and entertained. We enjoyed the water park and the arcade. Beds could be a bit more comfortable but we rested. Matthew at the pool was amazing. All the staff were really polite and helpful.

The Resort is family friendly, conveniently located. The rooms were nice and clean. A few of the staff are very rude, may need training on how to properly communicate with guest. At the swim up bar, the worker slammed my drink on the counter, used profanity and made a racist remark. Asked a worker how to get to a place in the hotel and was told she was busy otherwise she would show us. On checkout day, at 8:30, even with a sign on door, Housekeeping Knocked on the door asking us if we were checking out. After checking out, get to garage, car had been broken into and ransacked. Call front desk and was told there are no working cameras in garage. The price that was paid, there should be some type of security provided.
