Dirty, oven placed at a location where there is no power socket, one of the power sockets was not working, they provided extension cord but it is very short, too small bathroom, one of the sliding door of closet was loosely assembled. Poor service.

This property should be demolished. We tried 2 different rooms, both were smelly beyond words. This pet friendly hotel did not have one inch of grass and was near a tattoo shop and other sketchy businesses. DO NOT STAY HERE

There are two Quality Inn's in Binghamton. This made me end up in this predicament. Please find a way to address this first. I showed up at 12am, noone was at the desk and there was a sign to wait 15 minutes. During my 45 minute wait, a silverfish crawled onto me from the lounge couch. The hallway ceilings were leaky, elevator is broken, the air conditioner is ancient, and the first light switch in the room did not work. I had to use my phone light to find one that worked. It was unpleasant.

Property is poorly maintained. Most of the equipments in the room were old, some of them were broken or didn't work well. This includes the AC, shower, sink, electric charging points. No coffee machine. Breakfast options were terrible. The only redeeming quality of the property was its cleanliness.

We went on a quick visit to Binghamton to visit an old friend who is in the hospital, Since it was a one night stay I looked for a reasonably priced hotel. My go to hotels were either sold out or very pricey. But I paid for what a got, A hotel that is very dated, smelly and overall poor shape. The place was very quiet and contributed to a good night sleep. The room was small but ok. The bed and shower met our needs.

Frozen ac, disgusting, rat or mouse feces in the bathroom and the guy at the desk didn’t care and was rude. Worst place I ever seen! I left with no refund also.. he said it was my issue to take up with Expedia. I’m appalled. I was there for a concert and to visit Niagara Falls and my boyfriend and I walked into the ac issue then he went to use the bathroom and that’s when he saw a whole bunch of rat/mouse feces. $140 to walk in and RUN out!

Dumpy and dangerous.
We arrived at the property which turned out to be in a rather sketchy neighbourhood. Paid in advance after a complex and misleading check in. Our room was dirty and discussing. Door showed signs of a previous forced entry. Carpet was soiled and strewn with fingernail clippings. Worst was strong odour of cannabis smoke. We couldn’t stay there and sought a refund. Refused, as we had (apparently) booked a smoking room. (Did not prevent them from having asked for a $250 liability for “cleaning” if we smoked in the room). It is baffling that such a property should be listed on a major booking site. As it is, the hotel got two nights rent for its room straight from Saw and we were probably spared some vile fate; and got a lesson in not relying on a property name when booking a room.

Bed bugs and fighting for a refund!
DON'T DO IT. We booked a room for the 19-21st for a family event. After staying the first night, my husband discovered he had multiple bites. When we returned to the room we investigated and found bed bugs. We notified the front desk we were leaving and told them why. While we were there, no one came into the room to check the condition. The gentleman at the front desk said we would need to ask for a refund with Hotels.com. As of this posting, 2 calls to the hotel, 2 calls to the national chain, and one 50 dollar doctor's visit later: Hotels.com has told us that, after "multiple tries", we have still not received a refund. There is also a report of bed bugs several days later on the hotel review page (choicehotels.com), so it looks like they still have not taken care of the issue.
