While this hotel is very conveniently located across the street from one of the entrances to Binghamton University and the rooms are pretty big, those are really the only positive things I can say about it. This place is in need of a renovation. Both exterior and interior (including the pool) are worn and sad-looking. Lots of stains on the carpets and out-dated furnishings. Most aggravating, however, was the lack of insulation or any noise-reduction measures between the rooms, so every noise can be heard.

The location is excellent especially close to Binghamton University campus. Front desk staff was friendly. This Quality Inn location needs more upkeep and maintenance. The hallway carpet is old and musty. The rooms’ telephones do not work. My bathtub was dirty. First morning, Sunday breakfast was good. Monday morning it seems no one was managing the breakfast area: no bananas ; no cups for coffee; no one to ask for help to. Please if you are going run a hotel, then do it from the heart and do it well! Thank you!

Super dirty, halls were stained everywhere, dirty rooms with hazard stains on blankets, used napkins behind beds. Everybody else were complaining about the same. Property was super discussing.

Frequent travelers to the area for my daughter’s college this hotel is average among the many hotels along the strip with easy access to the school. Outdoor pool is a nice perk along with the fitness center and in hotel pub and restaurant.

They didn’t hold my handicap reservation - checked us in without telling us- then didn’t refund and had to spend an hour with Expedia to get my money refundable- then ended up desperate to gone s place place to stay- ended up paying over $300 more than our previous reservation !!! Don’t ever go to this hotel

This was ok to stay overnight to move our kid in to BU. It is a clean decent place and super convenient given the proximity to Binghamton University. This is now our 3rd stay in the area and our 3rd hotel. We are slowly now getting to know the area.

The couple we were traveling with had issues checking in as the desk clerk barely spoke English. Dog left in an adjacent room barked for several hours, left unattended, tried calling the front desk…phone didn’t work! Went to the front desk to complain and there was another guest there with his pillow showing the clerk all the bugs that were crawling around on it and biting him!! In the morning…hair dryer didn’t work, and the couple that we were with didn’t even have a hair dryer (it had been ripped off the wall)!!! We’ve stayed at this property several times with no issue…but Wowzer…won’t be back!!!

We were told they had elevators n they didn't. We also asked for handicap acceptable we were told they didn't have any available. However my sister checked in after me and they told her they did have it. My wife has limited walking capacity. She almost fell on the top step. None of the phones worked in any room. We found dirt and dirty black sock behind bed. No USB outlets, terrible place.
