My family used to stay at this property for many years because it was conveniently located, excellent prices, and comfortable. Then it was sold and promptly went downhill as prices went up. Unfortunately it was the easiest choice on a booked-up weekend, and it's gotten even worse. Residents yelling with no intervention from the staff. Tubs very poorly maintained. Mattress springs making scary sounds. No visible crime though, though is that a selling point?

When I walked into the room, it smelled musty. As if it has been closed for a while and they forgot to air it out. The room looked nice bit the bathroom was run down. The tub was peeling, the tubs faucet and drain are rusty. Even the exhaust fan didnt work and for a long time by the look of the dust and cobwebs. The TV didnt have cable, si tv with no channels, whats the point. I have stayed in other Red Roof locations but this was bad

The faucet near the sink was loose and water was leaking all over the countertop so I could not turn it on full. Also, the coffee maker was missing the tray to make coffee so that started my day off on a bad note. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Great food and shopping options nearby.

The place was a wreck especially the bathroom. It’s the only place in our 3 weeks of travel that didn’t have a microwave or little fridge. Wifi only worked outside.

Never staying here again!
Horrible experience. I reserved a Non-smoking room, as soon as we entered the room, the nicotine smell was nauseating. We were so exhausted that we literally went straight to bed. We had to sleep with our nose cover. Sink was dripping all night and it was clogged! We did not use the shower, we were scared to even use it. There was a colorful towel hanging on the back of the door. We went to visit our kid to university so spent all day out. When back to the hotel I asked to be changed to another room. Second option was as bad as first room, the third option was better at least no smell. We were able to shower and slept at least to drive back home, beds are very uncomfortable, I will never come back to this hotel nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy. They offered to give me a credit back but I haven’t received it yet, at this point I don’t care about the money but the experience. It was horrible!!!

The price was reasonable for the property. The management keeps room tidy and clean. AC was very cold. Some guests were smoking cannibas outside of rooms when I checked in. Didn’t like that. No blow dryer in room, they have at front desk to borrow. Exterior if Property brightly lit which was good. Location was convenient with Wegmans nearby, close to highway and access to University. The outside of property itself needs updating like the steps to second floor.
