the floor was not clean. room was missing an arm-chair despite booking for supreme king room. the juice machine was broken in the breakfast area. waffle mix finished by 7:30am and no re-fill. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Metal bedframes that would creak very loudly when you get in and out of bed. The in-room coffee is nasty (plus we had to go out and purchase our own hot beverage cups because there were none in the room). The "heater" creates cold drafts while it is running. Definitely a "get what you pay for" establishment.
