Binic and its advantages ….. Between land and sea, this seaside town with its restaurants, bars, walking and hiking trails, is an ideal place to spend a great holiday and, as an added benefit, it has a magnificent port to discover and explore.
Once you arrive at Villa des Embruns, you will appreciate the space, comfort and high quality equipment, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 1000 m² with a breathtaking view of the port of Binic.
The villa, located just 150 meters from the beach of La Banche will please and impress you, with its heated outdoor POOL (7 x 4 m) which is secured by an electric shutter with key.
The outdoor kitchen will delight you for your moments of relaxation.
Everything is available on site and all shops are within walking distance!
This is an independent, two-story villa, neo-Breton style, which can sleep from 2 to 6-7 people (ideal for 2 couples and children).
Ground floor:
- Large living room (70 m²) with lounge opening onto a terrace facing south, fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, plancha, raclette service and crepe machine),
- Parental suite with 160-cm-wide bed,
- bathroom (Italian shower),
- Independent WC with washbasin,
- laundry room with washing machine
First Floor: 2 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed,
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed 140 x 200 cm below and 90 x 200 cm above,
- 1 bathroom with Italian shower,
- 1 independent WC,
- 1 mezzanine relaxation area with storage cupboard.
The villa also has a TV (cable and satellite channels), WIFI internet, pellet stove, outdoor kitchen, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, terrace, heated outdoor swimming pool (mid May to end of September), enclosed garden of 1 000 m², ping pong table, wooden bowling game.
A health protocol linked to COVID-19 has been put in place for the safety of all.

Fantastic holiday home in Binic!
The property was absolutely fantastic and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great location, with only a short walk to the beach and the town. The owners were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. If we ever return to holiday in this area, we would look to come back to this property.

tolles Ferienhaus
Das liebevoll renovierte Haus im bretonischen Stil lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht oder brauchen könnte, liebevoll dekoriert, ein schöner, terrassierter Garten mit leckeren Äpfeln, Pool, Tischtennisplatte. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar - Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. Nette Vermieter, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben.

Super schöne Unterkunft und tolle Vermieter
Die Unterkunft und die Ausstattung waren tipptopp in Ordnung und haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Sehr großzügiges Ferienhaus und wunderbare Vermieter (tolle Tipps!). Riesiger Garten und ein schöner Pool in wunderschöner Lage. Wir waren rund um zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super vakantie in Bretagne in een heerlijke woning
Heel mooie woning, zeer compleet en met smaak ingericht.
Fijn zwembad en buitenkeuken.
