It looked as if rooms had been recently refurbished. Spotless and catered for all needs. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and catered well for my gluten free diet. Only problem was the room was a little cold and could not change setting on heating unit.

Theatre Stay Over
Greeted by lovely staff members who were extremely helpful. Room was fabulous although would have loved a canal view :). Didn't have enough tea bags so suggest a few more in the room as only 2 but reception sorted for us and obtained more - thank you. Would DEFINITELY stay there again if we visit Birmingham. Breakfast was excellent as well. Highly Recommended.

Just stayed the one night, but staff were super helpful. Bed was good, room clean, although should get rid of the sofa bed well worn, and lets room down a shade. Breakfast was great. Really nice touch was fire alarm went off during the night for a few minutes, awoke to a letter of apology from the hotel. Nice touch. Would stay again if in the area

We will be back - it’s a great hotel!
Really great stay! The staff were all helpful and professional and the breakfast team were especially good accommodating one of the party who is celiac with a great breakfast of bacon and eggs cooked separately and served directly to the table. The buffet breakfast was also brilliant and with lots of choice! Really would recommend staying here.
