The front desk assistant Mrs. Kishia was very nice, warm and welcoming to me and my family. We were traveling for a track and field event. The only issue was with breakfast, the employee was mouthy and irritated about people being down there before it opened. To add to it, no one, I mean absolutely no one asked her one time to open before it started. Even upon telling her good morning, she didn't speak because she was so irritated. She doesn't know what time people had to be at the track. Other than that everything else was excellent.

I stayed here last year and it was a great experience, the ladies at the front desk are amazing, so when I had to come back, I came right back here. They have great customer service and always pleasant, and when I had to stay two extra days due to the weather, one of the ladies took care of it with no problems. Breakfast was good and room was always clean so overall great experience and great stay. If I ever have to come back again, this is where I’m coming 🤗

Noisy HVAC Ruined an otherwise good night

The hotel was clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast was good. I had only two issues with my stay - first, the elevators smelled like weed. Second, the HVAC unit in room 331 is extremely loud. Kept me awake all night.

the staff at this property is top notch. It is very busy due to proximity to the sportsplex and breakfast is crazy due to all the athletes trying to get out the door first thing in the morning. It would be awesome if breakfast started 30 mins earlier, but staff handles the numbers as well as the area allows for. food never ran out and was replenished quickly, even though the lines were long and more people than seating. We were very impresed with front desk staff as well, who were personable, professional and had a great sense of humor. we have stayed here for a couple of swim meets now and you cannot beat the proximity for the events. hotel is not in the best part of town, but we felt safe and there are plenty of dining options within a short drive including downtown. parking is well lit and free. And again the staff make this property great!
