Good hotel
Perfect location in Birmingham city centre. Room very clean if a bit small but OK for 1 or 2 nights stay. No coffee/tea making facilities in room

Great location for Alexandra theatre. Clean. Just a bed, no chair, no drawers, no kettle. I'm 5ft and couldn't reach the blinds on the windows or reach to open the window. Reception was manned all the time and were polite.

Excellent budget hotel. Spotless and very helpful staff. Had to ask for an extra towel, had only been left one for two of us, however was fetched with no issue. Perfect location as we arriv d by train and went to the Alexandra theatre - all within a five min walk.

Extremely convenient for centre of Birmingham and very nice staff Room was very basic, as expected for price. Bed was hard and the pillows were flat.,Unfortunately while the room was clean it had a funny musty smell like it had been damp and not completely dried out.

Well located budget hotel
This is a good budget hotel. It’s really close to Birmingham New Street Station and to the Alexandra Theatre as well as shops and other venues. The room was what I’d expected - small but clean. The lady on reception was really nice and helpful.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Bed was hard as a rock and didn’t sleep super well due to that and that I was roomed next to the stairwell, but overall was cheap and located very conveniently to the train, concert venue, and restaurants.

Cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for. We had a doublele en-suite room with no window. It was rather warm in the room, There was AC, which was noisy so didn’t use. Didn’t report to reception, so my fault. I’d stay here again, regardless of this, as was well priced and convenient to where we were.

Great for a place just to sleep
The hotel is spotlessly clean which is excellent. If you walk out the side of Grand Central station at the Hill Street exit it is a 4 min walk maximum. The rooms are basic but perfect if you are literally looking for somewhere to sleep. The beds are a small double just about ok for 2 people & the pillows hard. If you just want a place to sleep so you can do some shopping, or go to an event at the Utilia Arena this is ideal. There is a TV on the wall. Toilet & shower we had an accessible room so not sure if others have baths. There was 1 towel for 2 of us but more at reception if you ask. The staff are friendly.

Check in was very good and the staff, a young lady, was great. Got us extra pillows quickly and was extremely nice about it. Room was small but it was perfect for what we needed.
