The location in proximity to the train station was great, however the surrounding area felt run down and dirty. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was very tired and needed a refurb! The bed was incredibly soft and not the most comfortable. It was very noisy overnight with drunk guests running up and down the corridor and making a lot of noise!! And fights outside didn’t help the noise levels! Overall the experience here was just average.

Public areas nice. Service of staff excellent but rooms are a little'tired'. Moved from first room due to an extremely uncomfortable and creaky bed and the noise of traffic and people, despite being on the 6th floor. However can only praise the member on the staff on the front desk who moved us rooms for the second night. The bathroom needed a makeover but the bed was much better and no noise from outside.

Very tired room. Windows were draughty and thus the sound of the street below into the room. Offering ear plugs and a portable heater are signs that there are issues that need to be sorted. Shower wouldn’t get hot. Taps in the shower came off. Tiles and grouting were badly patched. There was what looked like toothpaste down the side of the bath and door. The staff were lovely.

Everything was great with this location, facility, personnel but there were two items I had issues. First, the shower could have been better. Possibly a shower wand would improve the the condition and better venting. Second, the bed continually moved. It slides across the floor and more importantly it separated in the middle. This is u acceptable for a romantic couple. All things co sidered it was a great stay.

Key fob for the room didn’t work at first, but was eventually resolved. There were some noise from the corridor, and light passing through the gaps around the door. I did not stay for breakfast. Everything else was satisfactory.

Excellent service and check in. Was cheeky and asked if any upgrade was available,got a executive upgrade for no extra cost. Room was large bright and spotless. Bed was comfortable and shower was powerful and lot's of lovely toiletries.
