Amazing stay!

I was greeted by one of lady fron FO team upon my arrival, I left my luggage as I have a meeting to attend. Shirley was assisting me with my check-in, it was quick and professional. The room is clean, spacious, the view are amazing, thanks to the housekeeping team and Nina(maid preparing my room). The breakfast team is very polite, the breakfast is fine to me. I enjoy my stay, Definitely will come back. Thank you! Merci!

Not bad, great service

Room was big and bed was comfy. Room 521 the toilet door didn't close and extractor fan was broken - door had swollen as a result. Bathroom needs a bit of a refresh and shower was a bit budget for what was expected with the brand and price. Location is great, right next to everything you could want with plenty of parking nearby. Stayed as went to the O2 which we could see from our room and was only a 5 min walk away. Staff were great and friendly. Bar prices reasonable. Check in was easy with minimal queues.

Room was ok could be some much better Looks like had a refit and only refitted certain things in bedroom and bathroom Needs so time spending on the room to bring it up to standard they are charging for. Wouldn’t stay again Was on floor 11 at end we could hear traffic all the time

Lovely service

Front desk and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Helped us out with the Radisson membership to save on early check in! Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Windows could be better sound proofed, we could still hear traffic 13 floors below us. Good location for central Birmingham. We used the hotel due to its proximity to the O2 academy.

Some rather questionable stains

Room was overall presented well and check-in smooth. However it became apparent that there were potential vomit/other unknown fluid stains all over the floor… handmarks on the headboard were also a little disconcerting! Definitely not worth the price point, and my room certainly was not clean.

The staff were incredibly rude to me on check in. I checked in late at night, the room had no heating as it turned out to be the coldest uk night. The acting GM refused to even apologise stating he will tell maintenance. I asked how this helped me to which he laughed in my face. I asked for the acting general managers full name he refused. He had a name like Ingor or similar. As a VIP Expedia member, take my advice and

Lovely hotel, pity about the smell

The hotel itself is very nice and a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bar and restaurant were nice and the staff were friendly. The only negative was that as soon as we came out of the lift on to our floor the entire corridor smelt incredibly strongly of cannibis. It was awful and made us feel sick. We told staff but unfortunately they couldn't locate the source although we believe they tried. Luckily the smell wasnt in our room but still a very unpleasant aspect of our stay
