A few hundred meters from the ocean in a quiet area, we offer you a pretty 140m² house that can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for a stay of a week or more with family or friends. The beach is accessible on foot and the cycle paths will allow you to discover our region. The location is ideal for a car-free vacation. You can go to the market on foot, go to your surf lesson with Andy or have a coffee on the terrace, all within a radius of approximately 500 meters from the house. The house consists of a veranda with an aperitif corner for drinking your cocktails, a lounge/living room with TV with WIFI, a separate fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
Three bedrooms are available including a master suite. A bathroom and a separate toilet for more comfort. You also have a second living room equipped with a TV, a billiard table and a covered terrace to enjoy your family evenings. On the outside, a garden surrounds the house with garden furniture to enjoy your meals, a space has also been set up to store your surfboards and hang out your wetsuits. Parking space available in front of or within the property.
Concerning the Surf service: Andy has been teaching surfing for 35 years and invites you to come and enjoy the joys of riding in the waves in complete safety during personalized private sessions. He will coach you from the house whether you are a beginner or an experienced surfer, take advantage of his experience and thus the swim, the current, the formation of the waves, the tides, will no longer have any secrets for you. Knowledge of these parameters is essential to choose the best surf spot and allows you to discover the ocean while surfing. The board and wetsuit are provided and you can rent them to surf outside of lessons. (Quote on request)
Concerning the boat service (non-contractual photo): Explore the Arcachon basin aboard the FOAMSTAND, a 6 M boat for 5 people with a 115 HP YAMAHA engine. The discovery of the bird island with the famous Thanque cabins, but also the tip of Cap Ferret, the Banc d'Arguin, or the Pyla dune, makes the day exceptional. A sea or coastal license is required.
